PREORDERS

We are working with a new manufacturer so have been able to cut production time in half !! So instead of 8+ weeks, we are looking at around 30 days from closing for delivery!  We do our best to keep you updated along the way via our Facebook Group so be sure and join! 

SHIPPING

For ready to ship items, you should receive your order within 5-7 business days after the processing period. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing from the date your order is placed.

If you place an order with Pre-Order & READY TO SHIP styles your order WILL NOT ship until your entire order is ready. 

We are happy to split your order if you prefer but you will just need to pay for split shipping since it cost more to ship two orders versus one order. Email anchoredarrowswholesale@gmail.com to split your order!

RETURNS

If you have questions regarding our items prior to placing your order, or are having technical issues with ordering, please email us at anchoredarrowswholesale@gmail.com

Merchandise can ONLY be returned if DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE.  We MUST be notified of a damage within the 3 business days of receiving the item(s).

DAMAGES/MISSING ITEMS

If you have received an item with any problems or defects or are missing any items, please contact us at via email within 3 DAYS to inform us of the issue.

If we are not notified within 3 days of receiving the item, then it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You MUST include a photo of the damage/ defect with your email.

We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling, or incorrect sizing.

MAP PRICING (Minimum Advertised Pricing)

Items must be sold at minimum of 2X our wholesale pricing.
